With more than 15 years of experience in education, coaching, and entrepreneurship, I’ve devoted my career to helping individuals advance toward meaningful work and purposeful growth.

Over the last decade I’ve held adjunct instructor roles at institutions including Des Moines Area Community College and Concordia University–St. Paul, where I taught classes in business fundamentals, sport business, and finance. In these roles I developed learning experiences that connected classroom theory to career readiness and real-world outcomes.

As a course facilitator and career coach at Florida State University, I led professional development courses and mentored business students. My work focused on equipping thousands of students with workplace ready skills, strengthening personal brands, and supporting their transition from academic life into career success. I frequently spoke on relationship building, networking, and how to leverage platforms like LinkedIn to build momentum and connection.

My awards include the Core Values Award, Esprit De Corps Award, and We Choose Excellence Award at Florida State University. I am on track to complete my doctorate this December in Instructional Systems and Learning Technologies at Florida State University, where my research addresses how students use LinkedIn for career development, networking, and self-directed learning.
